Mary Hale is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 30 years of experience helping companies scale, optimize, and thrive. She spent more than two decades at Taos, a premier Silicon Valley IT consulting firm, where she rose from Controller to EVP/CFO. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in growing the company from $40 million to over $100 million in revenue, guided it through a private equity acquisition in 2015, and helped position the business for its eventual sale to IBM in 2020. At Taos, Mary led all administrative functions—including Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR, IT, and Governance—while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

After relocating to Idaho, Mary served as CFO of Metro Express Car Wash, a family- and veteran-owned leader in the car wash industry with locations across the Inland Northwest. There, she applied her enterprise expertise to a fast-scaling regional brand celebrated for its innovation, strong leadership, and award-winning workplace culture.
